




Emirates Down Syndrome Association (EDSA) is a humanitarian non-profit association accredited by the Ministry of Community Development by Ministerial Resolution No. (405) of 2006. Additionally, the association is licensed by the Community Development Authority in Dubai and the Dubai Health Authority.
Since its establishment, the association has provided its services to 666 beneficiaries with Down syndrome from all ages and nationalities through Educational Habilitation Classes and Therapeutic sessions (such as physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy), as well as training programs, vocational rehabilitation, employment, sports, and artistic activities to ensure their comprehensive inclusion into society. Furthermore, the association provides psychological support and guidance to families through training workshops, forums, regular meetings, and social awareness initiatives.
