Sanad Village is a pioneering facility dedicated to supporting individuals with special developmental and educational needs offering comprehensive services to support, educate and facilitate their transition to independence. Covering 30,000 square metres, and located in The Sustainable City – Dubai, Sanad Village has a range of indoor and outdoor facilities for exercise and designed to enhance sensory experiences and promote social integration. It offers educational programs ranging from early intervention and school readiness to vocational training, helping students develop life skills in a supportive setting. Real-life simulated environments, such as a supermarket, clinic, and airport terminal enable students to experience potentially sensory overloading situations in a safe, nurturing environment.

Sanad Village offers a range of therapies, including speech, occupational, physiotherapy, and ABA, through individual and group sessions. After-school clubs offer enriching activities like art, music, and sports to encourage socialization. Sanad Village also supports the transition into mainstream education through shadow teachers and inclusion programs, ensuring students are equipped with the skills necessary for independent living and lifelong success.
