We are delighted to introduce you to Sai, a remarkable 13-year-old boy with autism spectrum disorder. Sai’s journey with robotics, executing predefined robots with apps, and Scratch Jr. coding has been nothing short of extraordinary. When Sai joined Al Noor, he knew nothing about robotics and coding. However, within a span of 6 months his passion and talent for technology have propelled him to new heights in these fields.
Sai’s adventure in robotics began with the LEGO Education Duplo set, providing him with the perfect platform to explore, learn, and innovate. Starting with no prior knowledge, Sai quickly became engrossed in the world of robotics and coding, displaying a natural affinity for technology.
Sai has become a master builder and programmer, crafting various models. From constructing simple models to creating complex moving robots, Sai has shown exceptional skill and ingenuity. He has become proficient in using different sensors like light, motion, and sound sensors, enhancing his robots’ capabilities and functions.
Sai has also excelled in coding with Scratch Junior, a visual programming language tailored for young children. His coding projects are both imaginative and educational, showcasing his creativity and technical skills. Sai has created captivating interactive stories infused with animation, sound, and user interaction. These stories not only entertain but also provide a platform for Sai to express his creativity and storytelling abilities. His unwavering determination, boundless creativity, and technical acumen have positioned him as a role model for his fellow classmates.
We couldn’t be prouder of Sai’s accomplishments, and we eagerly anticipate what the future holds for him. As he continues to explore and innovate, we are confident that Sai will achieve even greater heights, inspiring others along the way.
