UAE Inventors Association to participate in the AccessAbilities Expo

In a coordination meeting via an electronic platform, the UAE Inventors Association discussed the mechanism for the first-ever participation in the annual AccessAbilites Expo that will be held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, President of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, President of Dubai Airports, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, from 9 to 11 October. The Association will have a 40 square meters pavilion that has been voluntarily given by the organizing company. AccessAbilites Expo brings together merchants and consumers in the Middle East, with the aim of enhancing the lives of People of Determination.

The exhibition’s last edition witnessed the participation of more than 12,000 visitors and more than 300 companies displaying their products to improve mobility, treatments, rehabilitation and medicines. There were several technology suppliers at the show. The AccessAbilites Expo 2023 will be held at the Dubai World Trade Center, and its program include conferences, lectures, and sessions for the exchange of information and ideas. The decision has been announced at a meeting chaired by Engineer Ahmed Abdullah Majan, Chairman of Board of Directors of the Association, and members of the Advisory Committee, which includes Abdul Rahman Naqi, Executive Director, and Ahmed Al Husseini, Managing Director. The meeting focused on the importance of participation reflecting the role that the association is working on. The meeting also emphasized the association’s message in building a national system for inventors and innovators and a national record, motivating and encouraging them to transform their creative ideas into investment for community service.
