Support Solutions has officially launched in Dubai, bringing a structured, professional approach to care and support for adults and children across home, school, and community settings.

With over 14 years of proven service, the organisation enters the region with a clear mission: to deliver flexible, person-centred support that genuinely meets individual needs while standing out from traditional care models.

As Dubai continues to grow as a global hub for families and professionals, the demand for reliable, high-quality care has increased.

Support Solutions responds with a modern approach – offering a minimum of just two hours of support per day, avoiding long, unnecessary staff placements. Instead, the service is designed around multiple focused visits per day, ensuring care is delivered when it is actually needed, not when staff are simply present.

In schools, Support Solutions works alongside educators to help children engage, develop, and thrive. At home, care is delivered with a strong emphasis on dignity, independence, and respect, supporting both individuals and their families with practical, compassionate assistance.

A key differentiator is the organisation’s commitment to high standards. Staff are carefully selected, thoroughly trained, and supported through clear systems of supervision and accountability, ensuring consistency and professionalism at every level.

“People deserve exceptional care, wherever they are,” said Catherine McClure, Founder & Managing Director. “Our model is designed to be efficient, respectful, and truly responsive – focusing on outcomes, not just hours.”

Support Solutions also prioritises strong relationships, recognising that trust, communication, and continuity are essential to effective care. By combining flexibility, experience, and a focus on dignity-led support, Support Solutions aims to raise expectations and set a new benchmark for care services in Dubai.

Support Solutions is also excited to announce its participation in AccessAbilities Expo 2026, taking place from 19–21 October 2026 at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

The exhibition will provide an ideal platform for the organisation to officially introduce its services to families, healthcare professionals, educators, rehabilitation specialists, and community stakeholders from across the region.

Through its participation, Support Solutions looks forward to connecting with the community, shar-ing its person-centred approach to care, and contributing to meaningful conversations about improving support services and quality of life for People of Determination and their families.
